Request to Modify Account

For any reason if you would like to modify or delete your account, please follow these steps.

Apple App Store Name: Picx
Google Play App Name: Picx

Delete Account Data:

1. Contact us at support@getpicx.com from the email account you used to sign up to Picx, and let us know you would like to have your usage data deleted.
2. The process may take 7-10 business days.
3. All of your personal data will be removed but the usage data will be anonymized and retained.
